If you need to cancel or modify your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order will enter the processing phase, and changes may no longer be possible. If you successfully cancel your order within the 24-hour period, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken upon arrival. Damage to the packaging, such as dented boxes, where the product remains intact, is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@pastelzz.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess the situation and may provide a replacement at no additional cost. Please note that we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
