Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is en route to your chosen address.
Estimated Shipping Times
The estimated delivery time of your package refers to the transit time after your order has been dispatched to the carrier. This time frame will vary depending on your location. (We currently only deliver to the U.S.) Below are the estimated delivery times based on your country of residence:

Please note that during peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit and tracking updates that are beyond our control. If your product is being shipped internationally, unexpected customs delays may also occur, potentially extending the overall delivery timeframe.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate shipping details may lead to delayed processing or order cancellation. If our system detects an issue with the address, our customer support team will send an email to verify your shipping details within 3 business days of your order being placed. If we do not receive a response within this period, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at hello@pastelzz.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after this time.
Delayed Delivery
At Pastelzz, we understand the importance of receiving your order promptly, and we strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. However, there may be delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.
For example, courier partners may experience unexpected delays or issues during transit, such as severe weather conditions or transportation disruptions. In such cases, we will work with the courier to ensure that your package is delivered as soon as possible.
Additionally, unforeseen circumstances like product availability issues, address verification problems, or payment processing delays may affect the processing or shipment of your order. We will notify you as soon as possible if we encounter any issues that may cause a delay.
Please note that Pastelzz is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. However, we will keep you updated on your order's status and provide any assistance we can to resolve any issues that may arise.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand that losing a package during the shipping process can be frustrating. However, once we hand your package over to our courier partners, it is out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@pastelzz.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
In the event of a lost or stolen package, we recommend reaching out to the courier company directly to file a claim. Most courier companies have a claims process for lost or stolen packages and may require additional information from you to complete the process. We will also contact the courier on your behalf to follow up on the claim and provide updates.
Please note that Pastelzz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the shipping process, and such occurrences fall outside of our refund policy. However, we will do everything we can to assist you in resolving the issue. If the package is not found or delivered, we may offer a replacement, depending on the situation.
In some cases, the courier company may be able to locate the package and deliver it to you. If the package remains unfound, we recommend filing a police report.
